Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prolance or Prolance Business ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Apps.

The Apps are operated by Gebal Systems Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

Prolance is a technology platform that enables consumers to discover and communicate with independent contractors, and contractors to present their services and communicate with consumers.

We do not provide services, guarantee outcomes, or act as an intermediary, employer, or agent.

By using the Apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, you can legally enter into binding agreements, and all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

All contractors listed in the Apps are independent third parties. We do not verify licenses, certifications, or qualifications; do not guarantee service quality, pricing, or availability; and are not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, or losses.

Any agreement is solely between the consumer and the contractor.

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of listings, or suitability of users or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gebal Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial loss, property damage, personal injury, or disputes between users. Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gebal Systems Inc. from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Apps, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the version number and date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec, as applicable.
